MOXITech ("we", "our", or "us") developed the VivaBeat mobile application as an ad-supported product. This service is provided by MOXITech at no cost and is intended to be used "as is."

Health and Measurement Data

Camera and Sensor Data
VivaBeat may use your device camera and flashlight to estimate heart rate by detecting light changes through your fingertip. Camera access is used only during the measurement process. We do not collect, upload, store, or share photos, videos, or camera images from this process.

Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, approximate region, crash logs, diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, and anonymous usage events. This information helps us maintain, secure, analyze, and improve the App.

Heart rate records, measurement history, and wellness notes are primarily stored locally on your device unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise or you choose to use a feature that requires transmission. You may delete locally stored App data by using available in-app controls, clearing App data, or uninstalling the App.
Technical, diagnostic, analytics, advertising-related, and purchase-related information may be processed by us or our service providers to operate, improve, monetize, and support the App.
